Our office is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Patient visits are between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm. Office hours are by appointment only. To schedule, please call us at, 252-413-0036. If you wish to cancel an appointment, please give us a day’s notice in order to allow another patient to utilize your allotted time. Our staff will do the utmost to prevent delays and expedite your office visit. However, please understand that emergencies do occur and we may have to reschedule your appointment. In that event, we will notify you as soon as possible because we recognize that your time is valuable.
For after-hours emergencies, please dial 413-0036. Your call will be answered by the paging service and the surgeon on-call will be notified. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 or your local emergency authorities.
Outpatient surgeries are performed at ECUHealth Medical Center and the ECUHealth Surgicenter. If your surgery requires an extended stay, it will be performed at ECUHealth Medical Center. For additional information about the facilities and directions, please call the Medical Center at 847-4100 or the SurgiCenter at 847-7700.
Our fees are based on customary charges consistent with the high level of care provided by CBOS. Those patients who undergo surgery can receive a surgical cost analysis upon request. We will submit all insurance claims to the appropriate carrier. Depending on your policy, you will be responsible for the remaining balances after your insurance company processes your claims, as well as all the applicable co-pays and deductibles. Please note, we reserve the right to charge a fee of up to $75 for appointments not cancelled within 24 hours. Should you find difficulties with any aspect of the fee arrangements, please call us and our patient representative will be glad to assist you.

For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that our staff may collect medical and appropriate personal data. Please bring a list of all your current medical conditions, medications and insurance cards.
